First, ensure you are clicking directly on the correct part of the mouse image. If a button still fails to respond, please check the following:
- Connection Check: If you are using a wireless gaming mouse, ensure the battery is charged and the receiver is plugged in. For a wired gaming mouse, check if the USB connection is loose.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Dust may affect the micro-switches. Try cleaning the gaps around the buttons.
- Driver Update: Some customizable gaming mouse models may require specific software support. We recommend downloading and updating the latest mouse driver or Mambasnake driver to ensure all button mappings are correct.
- Hardware Check: If changing USB ports or computers does not solve the issue, the mouse switch may be worn out.
