Just got the Mambasnake M5 Ultra today and first impressions are very positive.
Weight is 42.5 g with stock skates instead of the advertised 39 g, but the difference is negligible in actual use.

It uses D2FC-F-7N (100M) switches, including under the scroll wheel. Clicks feel consistent and solid.
The stock black PTFE skates are okay, though white PTFE would probably glide better.

Nice bonus that grips are included in the box, even with the non-grip version.
Build quality feels very good — the shell is stiff and hard to flex by hand.

The scroll wheel isn’t as tactile as a TTC Gold, but it’s still decent and usable.
The web driver is simple; Motion Sync is off by default but worth turning on.

Shape-wise, it feels closest to a Finalmouse-style shape, and it matches well with EloShapes.

Overall, very solid first impressions so far.
